Get to know our Team:
The Regional Product Marketing team’s purpose is to build sustainable relationships with our customers by delivering well designed and well packaged products that help solve real-world problems. We do this by truly understanding our customers and their needs, designing meaningful value propositions that inform product development and product communication, and managing go-to-market with the help of our marketing, ops and customer support teams. We are a regional team based in Singapore, and work hand in hand with regional product management and country teams across Grab’s eight markets, focusing on the areas that matter most to our customers (consumers, drivers, merchants, agents and partners).

Get to know the Role:
You will be a strong leader for the entire product marketing team. You will quickly learn the nuances of our product and our customer base and drive some of the most important product marketing initiatives across a large portfolio. And you will bring with you a set of polished strategic marketing skills that you will use to mentor, support and help scale the product marketing team in full.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Develop, support and inspire a world class product marketing team

  • Partner with design strategy, research and our front line employees to understand the voice of the customer and insert this into product development

  • Translate product intent into compelling narratives, customer value propositions, positioning and messaging based on customer and competitive insights and data

  • Develop and execute winning go to market strategies with clear customer focused success targets, experimentation tactics and measurable ROI

  • Build relationships with and influence company leadership and cross functional teams including product development, engineering, business, marketing, sales, operations, customer support across 8 countries across SEA

  • Successfully drive ROI on large scale strategic product marketing initiatives

  • Help PMM build out organic communication channels with compelling content including Grab.com, in app content feeds, and app/play stores.


The must haves:

  • 10+ years in product marketing or broad mix consumer marketing

  • Has driven consumer growth and engagement in large consumer internet companies in a product or marketing function.

  • Has strong x-functional leadership track record

  • Technical skills in Product Marketing, Marketing strategy, Product strategy, Customer Lifecycle marketing, Research, Customer Insights, Analytics

  • Have proven leadership experience building teams
