SENIOR PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

• Execute domestic and international procurement activities (materials, equipment, contractors, services, etc.).

• Coordinate with technical departments and project teams to verify goods/services requirements in terms of technical specifications, quality, and schedule.

• Source, evaluate, and select suitable suppliers/contractors; negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery conditions.

• Prepare comparative reports, recommend supplier selection, and submit for approval following internal procedures.

• Handle procurement documentation in compliance with legal regulations and company procedures (including contracts, POs, shipping documents, invoices, etc.).

• Coordinate and monitor goods transportation to ensure timely delivery, or transfer materials between projects when necessary.

• Supervise the receiving and delivery process, address arising issues, and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure project timelines are met.

• Complete and hand over the procurement documentation (hard and soft copies) to the Accounting and PMO departments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Import-Export, Engineering, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or logistics; candidates with experience in the energy, construction, M&E, or solar sectors are preferred.

• Good understanding of procurement processes, contracts, and import-export logistics documentation.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Teamwork skills, ability to coordinate across multiple departments, and handle situations flexibly.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with ERP or procurement management software is an advantage.

• Able to communicate and work in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
