·         Maintain and update processes for software development and project management

·         Identify & collect best practices, templates from internal projects and industry to enrich company process best practices

·         Coordinate with project managers and audit team to facilitate and perform project audit

·         Organize training/event/activity to increase the awareness and help Delivery people buy in the defined processes

·         Identify metrics to measure project performance in term of quality, Velocity/productive, efficiency in Agile/Scrum environment

·         Monitor project performance via defined metrics

Mandatory

o   Experience in Process definition and improvement in IT field

o   Good knowledge in project management, software development process, and software development methodology like Agile/Scrum, Kanban

o   Experience in project audit

o   Good writing, reporting & documentation skills

o   Good communication in both Vietnamese and English

o   Self-motivate, ability to learn, detail oriented

o   Bachelors of Science, Computer Science, Engineering degree or equivalent

Nice to have/plus

o   Experience in software development or project management
