The Strategy team works on top agenda, high impact projects in Singapore
Projects span across all the business lines in Singapore (e.g. GrabPay, GrabFood, GrabCar)
Get to know the Role:
Work with project manager to deliver strategic studies, with direct contact with senior executives
Work with project manager to deliver day-to-day execution of high impact initiatives
Minimal travel required (<5%)
The day-to-day activities:
Be a sounding board for the strategic initiatives and decisions of senior management staff
Support business teams at various stages; for example, providing a fact base, structuring and helping with issue identification and solutioning, advising on the practicalities of implementation or leading actual execution
The must haves:
Strong academic track record
Strong background in strategic thinking & demonstrated ability to problem solve
Experience with hands-on engagement, strong interpersonal / influencing skills
Highly adaptable across situations / topics / industries
Solid spoken and written communication skills
The good to haves:
1-3 years experience at top-tier strategy or management consultancy firm (for fresh graduates, we will only consider candidates with outstanding academic results (top 1-2% of cohort))
Experience in engaging across Asian markets and cultures
