Job requirement

Ensure timely assessment and identification of risks that may affect the company’s operational effectiveness and strategic objectives; promptly report to the Head of Risk Management / Chief Risk Officer for appropriate mitigation and corrective measures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain the overall framework, policies, and procedures for operational risk management across the Company.

  • Implement the integrated operational risk management framework, including periodic updates and monitoring of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process, identification and mitigation of key risks, deployment of suitable operational risk management systems, and maintenance of the loss event database.

  • Prepare risk reports / heat maps; communicate and escalate risk events, issues, and compliance with risk policies and limits to relevant stakeholders within the Company.

  • Coordinate with relevant units on fraud risk management, including monitoring, analysis, development of policies & procedures, and related activities.

  • Build risk awareness across the Company by providing support, communication, and training to employees.

  • Support other areas of enterprise risk management as needed.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.

Job requirement

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.

2. Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in relevant functional areas within insurance, financial services, banking, and/or audit, with solid knowledge and hands-on experience in operational risk management.

  • Experience in fraud risk management is an advantage.

3. Professional Certification: Professional designations such as FRM, CIA, CPA, etc. are an advantage.

4. Language: Proficiency in English with strong presentation skills.
