-Lead and manage sales teams to achieve defined sales objectives and performance targets.
-Make action plans of sales activities weekly/monthly
-Identify and onboard new potential dealers, and conduct regular sales meetings to strengthen partnerships.
-Develop the markets, executing sales strategies to achieve company goals
-Presenting, display products to the dealers/ end-user and inform dealers of product offering;
-Reporting to Regional Sales Manager/HQ
-Provide sales training and technical products knowledge, to educate the sales teams
-Establishing new dealers, follow up and retain the existing dealers
-Evaluate sales staff performance and maintain accurate records and documentation.
-Together with service team to ensure that the needs of customer are being satisfied.
-Achieve sales targets and contribute to company goals and objectives.
-Create a timely sales report, update sales data when required
-Coordinate and supervise sales team travel plans, adjusting schedules and itineraries as necessary for efficiency.
