Job requirement

- Manage the team by training and guiding team members to understand their duties, methods for task completion, and providing immediate control and support.

- Source materials, create samples, and calculate costs.

- Confirm orders and allocate production capacity.

- Coordinate with the technical department and the sample room to monitor the sample sewing process. Track the sample sewing schedule and send samples for customer approval.

- Order raw materials and accessories, monitor the import/export progress, and balance the materials issued to production factories.

- Coordinate with the import/export department for sending samples and receiving fabric/decoration items on time to meet the order's sample progress.

- Oversee the process of sampling, cutting, sewing, and QC while resolving sample-related issues.

- Work with suppliers regarding washing, dyeing, printing, and embroidery, as well as coordinate with external suppliers.

- Monitor progress, propose preventive measures, and resolve issues throughout the process.

- Customer Communication: Maintain long-term and stable relationships with domestic and international customers, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
