- Conduct A/B tests on content, timing, and segments to continuously optimize performance.

- Segment customer data effectively to deliver relevant and personalized messages, even with limited tools.
- Champion data integrity and hygiene within our marketing database.
- Work with available resources to leverage customer insights for campaign targeting.
3. Hands-On Execution & Technical Craft:
- Code responsive, mobile-friendly HTML emails from scratch or using templates.
- Manage the technical setup of campaigns, including tracking links, promo codes, and UTM parameters.
- Ensure all communications are on-brand and provide a consistent customer experience.
4. Analysis & Growth Mindset:
- Monitor campaign performance using native analytics and basic reporting tools.
- Analyze results, draw actionable conclusions, and present recommendations to improve ROI, engagement, and conversion.
