Job requirement

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Market Research Executive located in Long Thành. The Market Research will be responsible for conducting market analysis, research, and presenting findings to support business decisions on food & beverage ingredients. The role will involve analyzing data, developing insights, and communicating market trends internally.

  • Annually led comprehensive analyses of macro and micro market dynamics,
  • industry trends, and competitor strategies across diverse sectors ( E-commerce, AI, Marketing Solution, etc.)

  • Expertise in conducting secondary research and expert interviews, while demonstrating agility to quickly learn and effectively apply new qualitative (Usability Testing, Concept Testing) and quantitative (KANO model) methodologies as required.
  • Analyze new market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity when developing new products.
  • Create a survey, conduct research, and collect information about the market, customers, and competitors related to the products/services that the business is selling.
  • Propose changes to products/services, customer approach orientation based on survey results.
  • Synthesize and collect market report data from reliable sources such as reports, surveys, statistics, etc.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to plan and implement market & competitor research activities.
  • Successfully translated ideas into actions to improve engagement rate of existing products (Location-based promotion, Daily login to receive rewards/ interest, Cross-sale conditional vouchers, etc.).
  • Developed clear, concise, and visually engaging reports from complex processed data, effectively communicating insights to stakeholders, including those with limited technical expertise.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • Market Analysis and Market Research skills, analytical Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in the food & beverage industry is a plus
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Good communication, presentation, negotiation skills, and persuasion, time management skills, Technology skills
  • Skills in implementing software/tools to collect and survey, report.
