ID President’s office oversees the internal & external synergy of Grab Indonesia as foundation of superapps endeavor in serving the nation. Internally, the office elevates collaborations of good forces among verticals & functionals through organizational design and various synergy initiatives. Externally, the office drives flagships projects with strategic investors, governments and corporate groups to co-create value at scale that drive positive impacts in the national economy.

Get to know the Role:

• Senior Manager, Strategic Project is a critical member of the office to lead strategic project planning and execution. 

• Due to the nature of strategic projects in our portfolio, this role will have high exposure to senior leadership, investors, government officials and business partners.

• The role holder will also work collaboratively with a broad range of talents across departments within Grab.

Day to Day activities:

• Develop a strategic framework to analyze business problems, develop hypotheses, mine data, deliver recommendations, and orchestrate solutions.

• Build analysis & presentation to help senior stakeholders decision making.

• Conduct industry research and analysis with respect to market dynamics. 

• Sync with senior leadership on country-wide business portfolio and new opportunities for growth.

• Pro-actively conduct strategic engagement with government, investors and business partners. 

The Must Haves:

• Passion for the role & energy to outserve.  

• Relevant work experience in top-tier management consulting/startup/top firms

• Proven track record of managing strategic projects with senior stakeholders

• Quantitative discipline with strong business acumen.

• Ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these into actionable business action.

• Fluent in Bahasa is prefered as the role involve engagement with Government of Indonesia

• Project experience in Electric Vehicle, Automated Vehicle, Battery Factory, Digital Economy and it’s related ecosystem would be a strong plus.
