Get to know the Role:

As Senior Manager of Regional Ad Operations, you will work directly with the GrabAds Leadership team to drive the Ad Operations function. You will define scalable processes utilizing unique-to-Grab assets and platforms that deliver campaign ROI to our clients, measured by standard digital advertising results as well as in depth business ROI metrics. You will work across SEA to support local country account teams and initiatives, and will understand local nuances in service levels and expectations. You’ll immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and develop recommendations and best practices.You will work in a rapidly changing industry and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. As team lead, you will mentor, train, and develop a team of Ad Operations Associates in Singapore (and potentially beyond).

Cross-functional collaboration on a daily basis with Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Analytics orgs to support sales efforts, drive product and service requirements, and allow for accurate financial / business reporting. This is a central role which enables the scale of the entire organization. 

The day-to-day activities

  • Run the Digital Ad Operations function, including managing a team of Ad Operations Associates to deliver a consistently high quality service level to GrabAds clients and internal account teams, adapted to market norms across SEA.

    • Provide expert advice to organization around Ad Tech technical capabilities, needs, and troubleshooting.

  • Develop and Administer Processes for successful campaign delivery, measured by digital advertising and Business ROI metrics. This includes the utilization of unique-to-Grab platforms vs off the shelf ad tech platforms. 

  • Develop and Administer Processes to ensure a smooth collaboration with Sales that include Sales to Ad Ops roles / responsibilities / handovers, Pre Sales Support, Sales Material (Case Studies) and Education.

  • Collaborate with Sales teams to define customer best practices around campaign goal setting, execution, and optimization. Includes development of internal / external collateral and training.

  • Develop and Administer Processes to ensure a smooth collaboration with Finance that includes on time and accurate month end financial closes on a manual and automated basis.   

  • Drive product requirements across the Product and Analytics orgs that enable current internal and future external users to achieve and understanding optimal campaign results

  • Utilize data collection and cleansing methods (spreadsheet or more automated) to self analyze business, customer, and campaign results. Includes internal and external ad tech tools, salesforce.com, and other business tools.

​The must haves:

  • 8+ years of Digital Advertising Operations experience

  • Bachelor degree

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to transmit across various levels of stakeholder

  • Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decisions, including ability to gather and synthesize data from multiple sources

  • Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix in a fast paced environment and constantly evolving environment

  • Experience in project management from both strategic and operational perspectives

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides

  • Pluses:

    • Digital Publisher / Platform background

    • Supported Agencies Needs in SEA (measurement, reporting standards, turnaround times)
