Senior Manager, Procurement

Duties may include but not limited to:

• Formulate Procurement framework based on industry’s best practices to support short- and long-term business goals of Casino operation
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team of Procurement professionals with high degree of integrity
• Instil strong governance on procurement process through SOP development
• Develop and review strategic sourcing and category management strategies on the assigned categories / commodities by conducting extensive market research locally and internationally
• Formulate negotiation strategies and lead negotiation sessions with suppliers
• Conduct and review cost-benefit analysis to ensure highest value-for-money for each acquisition and provide full representation on total cost of ownership to support supplier selection process
• Monitor contract development process to ensure commercial terms are fair and effective
• Develop positive relationships and strong partnership with key suppliers
• Develop and drive cost savings and reduction strategies and initiatives without compromising operational performance and efficiency
• Plan and drive continuous process improvement projects to continually improve procurement process and efficiency by keeping abreast of the latest industry’s best practices and technology
• Ensure all purchases are in strict compliance with company and department SOP
• Ensure issues / finding identified on audit results are addressed accordingly
• Work closely with various Business Units to support business operation
• Other special tasks assigned and delegated by senior management and immediate supervisor
