Get to know the Role

• Lead a team of network engineers and architect to manage and improve Grab's corporate network.

• Ensure high availabilities for office and call centers networks.

• Responsible for network operations, projects, and improvements.

• Enable zero / minimal-touch network by automation and eliminating manual efforts.

• Lead new business requirements gathering, RFP, POC, and business case presentation.

The must haves skills

• 3+ years of direct people management experience

• Network operations, design, configuration, and tuning.
• Experience with software-defined and API-driven network environments.
• Shell, Python, Ansible, or similar experience.
• Budgeting and tracking of network Capex and Opex.

Really nice to haves skills

• Senior stakeholder management skills - able to articulate clearly to business stakeholders.
• Keen doer, always seeking out for the next disruption to the way future network works.

• Adapt to a very fast paced, fast-changing environment.

• Excellent oral and written communications in English.
