Get to know the Role:

• As a Venture Development Senior Manager, you will be part of a regional team to identify and launch new ventures from zero to one, within Grab
  

The day-to-day activities:

• Develop the operating & business model of a new venture
• Identify the best way to launch the new venture
• Set up the operations, build & hire the team
• Work with other internal Grab functions
• Setup new business processes
• Grow and scale the business with limited resources
• Most ventures will require travel within ASEAN

The must haves:

• Outstanding degree/ MBA from a top university
• Working experience in a startup or early stage tech company
• Prior consulting, investment banking, VC/PE experience is a plus
• Strong personal interest in the internet/ mobile sectors
• Highly driven, flexible and independent
• Entrepreneurial drive with desire to achieve goals with speed
