Reporting to the Assistant Director, Business Development. Responsible and accountable for generating significant business revenue each year and meeting agreed sales and business targets as defined by management. He or she is responsible for selling and promote HOIANA Resort.
Duties may include but not limited to:
- Developing new business via various lead generation channels
- Management of all facets of the sales process, from lead generation through the sales process itself and into account management and development
- Working with other internal departments to develop appropriate solutions in order to maximize sales success
- Planning, preparing, and executing high impact meetings with client prospects and potential partners
- Maximizing revenue growth with existing accounts and our partner base
- With networks and interest in developing the following markets: South-East Asia, China, Korean, Hong Kong and Taiwan
- Knowledge of local market as well as verbal and written in English are required
- Energetic, self-motivated, hands-on and willing to take the initiative, with very strong negotiation skills

Good interpersonal, oral and written communication, presentation and organizational skills are excellent
