Senior Lab Technician – Footwear Testing Laboratory

You will also act as the Member of Lab Team Representative in TUV SUD Vietnam office. You will support Lab Manager in managing day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the assigned footwear tests and evaluate test results to ensure complying with the standards within turnaround time.
• Understand customer requirements/manuals and follow properly
• Ensure all equipment are operated properly and done calibration, maintenance/ verification in required interval.
• Review and interpreter test results before giving to data entry.
• Train for new staffs, arrange the work within team to catch the sample lead time
• Support to review test results, double check and ensure the test results accuracy and reliable
• Ensure minimum stock of chemicals, glass-wear, consumables for smooth operation, and are stored properly as per safety procedures.
• Prepare quality documents as meet quality system and comply with ISO 17025
• Comply with laboratory quality management and safety guidelines
• Be responsible for technical and quality of lab activities as authorized or assigned by Lab Supervisor/ Lab Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/materials or its equivalent
• At least 3 years of footwear testing experience. Knowledge of ISO17025 Quality Management System is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication skills
• Good collaboration within team & cross team
