I. JOB DECRIPTIONS

Indirect Procurement Strategy Development

• Participate in strategic sourcing activities, bid evaluation, and vendor selection processes quarterly.
• Build relationships with internal departments to identify procurement needs and offer strategic solutions.

Cost & Process Optimizational

• Analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions that streamline processes and lower expenses.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external laws and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate supplier-related risks.

Data & Supplier Management

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.
• Manage contract renewals and evaluate vendor performance regularly.

Reporting

• Prepare and present procurement data analysis and statistics to guide strategic decision-making
