Job requirement

  • Export and Import Operations:
    • Tracking shipments statuses.
    • Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, including customs regulations, export controls, and free trade agreements.
    • Prepare and submit customs declarations and other required documentation.
  • Supply Chain Management:
    • Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • Support the team with accurate shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading when required/needed.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade agreements and regulations.
  • Carrier Management:
    • Monitor carrier performance and resolve any issues.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain and consult/advise for the intercompany improvement on logistic area.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, having experience in accounting field is a reference.
  • Proficient in HS codes and international trade regulations.
  • Proven experience working in an international logistics role within a manufacturing or electronics company.
  • Strong understanding of international customs procedures and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • English: Fluently
