Senior HR Executive (strong C&B) - KCN Nam Tân Uyên, Bình Dương

Mô tả công việc

- Calculate monthly payroll and responsible for SI,HI,UI.

- PIT declaration and finalization under the labor law.

- Complete all reports for external authorities such as Social Insurance Dept, Police Dept, Dolisa, Tax Department and internal report system.

- Manage the research and analysis of compensation data in support of the development of compensation program, budgets and policies to ensure equitable and competitive employee compensation and increase employee engagement.

- Support the annual compensation review process and lead compensation reviews and projects

- Develop communication materials including plan documents, memos and presentations to increase employees and business leader’s understanding of compensation programs as well as the value of total rewards.

- Prepares job descriptions, compensation analysis, job evaluations and job classifications.

- Assist in market survey participation, submission and coordination; data review for validity and consistency; data analysis to ensure market competitiveness and analyzes survey data results.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Have 2 to 4 years of progressive experience, including market analysis, recommendations based on quantitative analysis, salary ranges development, and presentation of findings.

- Graduated from universities with majors including: Human resource, economic, finance business administration and others relevant.

- Have ability and skill of presentation.

- Good skill in presentation and communication.

- Flexible and creative.

- Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
