Experience:
• Testing Standards Management: Oversee the implementation and strict compliance of the company’s testing procedures and standards at designated T1 factories and T2 (approved supplier) laboratories.
• Audit & Capability Building: Carry out routine lab audits and deliver in-depth training and certification programs for lab teams at production sites.
• Technical Data Insights: Gather, monitor, and interpret test results across multiple labs to identify root causes and offer technical recommendations for complex quality-related issues.
• Project Involvement: Support key global programs such as LTS improvement, BIS assessments, and the rollout of Enterprise Standards (ES/SASO).
• Method Development: Research, review, and enhance existing testing methods to align with new material innovations and evolving footwear designs.
Education
• College degree or higher.
Experience
• Minimum 5 years in the footwear sector or within third-party testing labs, with at least 1–2 years hands-on experience in direct shoe testing.
Languages
• Strong command of English is required.
Additional Skills
• Open to frequent business travel.
• Solid understanding of footwear manufacturing steps is a notable plus.
