Your partnered business – Marketing, is one of the most important part of TIKI business which drives our half of 1B annualized sales and grows at an incredible speed. It’s a key engine to maintain our rocket ship growth of 3x business annually.

The role of a finance leader driving such business with analytics, discipline, and speed is extremely important, thus our demand of excellence is incredibly high.

RESPONSIBILITIES (This position will report to Finance Director)

• Partner and advise Chief Business Officer and Marketing Director in driving business growth and optimization (Plan, Analyze, Recommend, Evaluate)
• Obsess over ROI of each dollar spending in more than 20 different channels from online to offline, from performance to branding
• Steward customer experience via running and deep diving into cohort analysis from retention to spending
• Analyze and recommend strategies to acquire customers more effectively
• Develop and maintain right metrics to provide visibility into business performance as a true business owner, and relentless drive actionable plan
• Establish scalable and automated solutions
• Continuously improve processes to achieve even higher degree of efficiency
• Join cross-function project team to launch new initiatives
• Lead and develop a strong FP&A team as your pride
• Step out of comfort zone by joining strategic projects outside your expertise
