JOB PURPOSE
Assist FM overview daily of accouting operations
KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Review daily journal vouchers (payments, receipts) and entries booked into GL
- Review month-end financial statements (Balance sheet, P&L, Cash flow) and other supporting reports (such as bank reconciliation, Cash count, etc.)
- Monitor monthly tax declaration and other tax issues
- Liaise with Tax Department closely to timely deal about tax matters
- Liaise with external audit for yearly audit
- Assist overview daily operations of accounting department including AR/AP/GL
- Assist FM to control budget. monitor cash flow and fund raising
- Other assignments assigned by CA/FM
