Get to know the Role:
Role: Oversee end-to-end process of drivers’ incentives and communications. You will be responsible to ensure timely and accurate communication of these incentive schemes as well as payments to drivers.
Key factors for success:
- Strong attention to detail given high volume of cash out.
- Strong analytical mind to: a) deliver on mechanics of incentive scheme b) communicate to drivers.
- Intermediate Excel modelling skills.
- Ability to adapt to and learn quickly from different scenarios.
- Execute an effective program of quality assurance, including communication of results, identification of best practices and recommend changes to current processes.
The day-to-day activities:
- Ensure driver incentive schemes are setup correctly.
- Lead weekly cash out processes using a combination of internal incentive modules/tools and run checks to ensure accuracy.
- Check weekly communications of incentives tally with incentive schemes.
- Continuously provide ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness of daily and weekly processes.
- Ensure that cash out calculations and payments tally.
- Work closely with city leads to ensure schemes are setup correctly.
- Work closely with fraud and finance team to ensure the right drivers are compensated appropriately.
The must haves:
- Degree from local or foreign universities.
- Microsoft Excel, Word and strong communications skills .
- Experience within internal audit or related financial services experience .
