Get to know our Team:

  • Our Driver Loyalty and Retention team ensures Grab delivers on its single most important promise – to outserve our customers.

Get to know the Role:

  • You’ll deliver unparalleled customer experience by leading three key pillars: (a) build brand loyalty in drivers, (b) recognise and reward driver excellence, (c) continuous driver engagement.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Functional - Strategise, plan and execute driver engagements and loyalty campaigns that are tailored to our drivers’ wants and needs
  • Support BD team internally in the negotiation process with external partners/vendors that we can engage for campaigns
  • Continuously analyse changing driver behaviour and adapt campaigns to address key improvement areas based on driver NPS
  • Communicate campaigns to drivers with clarity
  • Customers - Communications to drivers on engagement events
  • Financial - Ensure campaigns are within budget
  • People - Work very closely with various departments
  • Comfortable in dealing with external parties such as drivers and vendors
  • In constant contact with customer service, driver communications, marketing, business development, and finance teams in ensuring smooth execution and
    communication of driver engagements


The must haves:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in marketing, communications and event management
  • Degree from local or foreign universities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Possesses communications, marketing and event planning capabilities
  • Previous business development experience preferred

  • 2 years’ working experience with focus on communications and marketing
