Job requirement

  • Develop and execute the overall digital performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness for our cosmetic brand's E-commerce platform.
  • Lead and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, paid social media, and affiliate marketing, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the digital marketing landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audience.
  • Optimize website and landing page experiences to improve conversion rates and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to enhance the brand's digital presence.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners, ensuring effective collaboration and timely execution of campaigns.
  • Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance guidelines related to digital marketing and ensure the brand's activities align with legal and ethical standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in E-commerce and digital marketing platforms, tools, and technologies, and identify opportunities for their implementation.

Job requirement

Qualification and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor Degree in relating fields.
  • Proven experience in digital performance marketing, preferably within the cosmetics industry and E-commerce environment.
  • Strong expertise in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various channels, such as SEM, paid social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and drive business results.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and optimization techniques to enhance organic visibility. - Knowledge of marketing and branding.
  • Fluency in English
  • Computing: MS Office, especially Excel.
