Get to know the Role:
You are the in-house performance marketing expert who consults with diverse teams on performance-related matters. This role is responsible for driving day-to-day performance marketing topics for selected Grab verticals across the region and providing thought leadership to key stakeholders. Additionally, this role will initiate and drive business cases of important tech-related projects to drive efficiency and performance of digital marketing channels.
The day-to-day activities:
Own and drive performance marketing collaboration with senior stakeholders ranging from country marketing heads to country heads
The must haves:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics/maths and tech-related majors
5-6 years of experience in tech-driven verticals such as e-commerce & travel
Deep expertise in performance marketing channels (Google, Facebook and more) and a solid understanding of underlying building blocks (product feed, automation and more)
Sound understanding of attribution models and MMPs
Strong commercial sense, creativity and agility to exploit business opportunities
Track record of driving performance marketing across Southeast Asia
Proficiency in any programming language (e.g. JS/Python) highly valued
Self-starter and an exceptional can-do attitude
