Job requirement

  • Supporting evaluation and feedback with relevant departments to improve the sales process and approve new product launches related to E-KYC activities.
  • Receive and handle issues arising on customer application related to the facial recognition and E-KYC process
  • Coordinate with Fraud Prevention & Management Department to investigate and handle fraud cases related to face recognition, E-KYC process
  • Coordinate with E-KYC Policy and Process team to develop policies, instructions and promptly deploy changes to suit with current operations, product orientation and fraud trends
  • Participate in projects or change requests related to the facial check and E-KYC system. Also perform testing on UAT environment before deployment
  • Building a reporting system related to facial check and E-KYC activities.
  • To update the AML list into data table based on request of AML Unit and report periodically all suspended contracts and reject applications to AML Unit.
  • To cooperate with related units to implement the check and screening against AML list on new customers when they apply.
  • Make regular or urgent reports to senior management when required.
