As a Senior Performance Marketer at Diag, you will play a critical role in driving our digital marketing strategy and execution excellence. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing performance-based marketing initiatives to increase patient acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Ads Setup:detailed-oriented ad setup with minimal errors.
- Ads Optimization: Manage budgets (1+ million) of Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads for lead generation. Supervise search operations, and optimize bids for performance marketing initiatives to ensure maximum ROI
- Creative Asset improvement:Consult & suggest the creative team how to create better static/ video ads and landing page content for higher Conversion Rate & ROAS
- Campaign Planning:Media Research and Plan for digital campaigns following best practices across various digital channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising, etc., ensuring performance marketing is integrated with other activities across Online-to-Offline touchpoints, maximizing investment in holistic approach effectively & efficiently.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and report on ROAS and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Project management:Be the owner and lead all related stakeholders to plan, build and track the project, ensuring to deliver in set timeline with committed quality.Media Research: creative & competitor research
- CRM tools:used to use CRM system as Pancake, Hubspot,.. For ad optimization
- Paperwork:Provide administrative support for documentation and compliance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record. Experienced in media buying on online platforms including; Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Tiktok Ads,.. is a must
- Detailed oriented and hard workingGood logical thinking & data-driven analysis
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager),
