Senior Devops

DevOps/Platform Engineer chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế, triển khai và duy trì nền tảng DevSecOps của SHB nhằm hỗ trợ việc phát triển, kiểm thử, triển khai và vận hành ứng dụng một cách an toàn, tự động và hiệu quả. Vị trí này sẽ chuẩn hóa các thực hành DevOps, tự động hóa hạ tầng, tích hợp bảo mật vào quy trình CI/CD, qua đó thúc đẩy hành trình chuyển đổi Agile và Cloud của ngân hàng/ The DevOps/Platform Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, operating, and optimizing SHB’s DevSecOps platform, driving automation, security, and efficiency for application development, testing, deployment, and operations. This role is pivotal in SHB’s Agile & Cloud transformation journey./

Trách nhiệm chính/Key Responsibilities

• Thiết kế và triển khai các giải pháp Kiến trúc dưới dạng Dịch vụ (ASP) sử dụng Enterprise & Open Source platforms /Design and implement Architecture-as-a-Service solutions using Enterprise & Open Source platforms
• Phát triển, duy trì và tối ưu hóa các quy trình CI/CD quy mô lớn/ Develop, maintain, and optimize large-scale CI/CD pipelines
• Chuẩn hóa và tích hợp DevSecOps: kiểm tra chất lượng mã, quét bảo mật, reusable CI/CD, các mẫu Helm, Terraform/ Standardize and integrate DevSecOps: code quality checks, security scanning, reusable CI/CD, Helm, Terraform templates.
• Hỗ trợ di chuyển các hệ thống cũ sang container platforms/ Support migration of legacy systems to container platforms.
• Quản lý, vận hành và cải tiến chuỗi công cụ DevOps: GitLab, Harbor, Nexus, SonarQube, Vault, NeuVector/ Manage, operate, and improve DevOps toolchains: GitLab, Harbor, Nexus, SonarQube, Vault, NeuVector.
• Xây dựng và triển khai các hệ thống giám sát, ghi nhật ký và cảnh báo (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK)/ Build and deploy monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK)
• Phối hợp giữa các nhóm Sản phẩm, Kỹ thuật và Bảo mật để cung cấp các giải pháp DevOps sáng tạo/ Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Security teams to deliver innovative DevOps solutions

Thúc đẩy văn hóa DevOps: tự động hóa, cộng tác và cải tiến liên tục trong toàn bộ tổ chức/ Promote DevOps culture: automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organization

Yêu cầu/ Requirements

• Bằng cấp và Kinh nghiệm/ Qualifications & Experience:
• Tốt nghiệp từ Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Khoa học máy tính hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan/ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Kinh nghiệm thực tế về DevOps/Kỹ thuật Nền tảng trong các doanh nghiệp lớn/ Hands-on experience in DevOps/Platform Engineering within large enterprises
• Thành thạo Linux, Cloud (ưu tiên AWS), container hóa & orchestration (Kubernetes, Rancher/OpenShift là một lợi thế)/ Proficient in Linux, Cloud (AWS preferred), containerization & orchestration (Kubernetes, Rancher/OpenShift is a plus).
• Kinh nghiệm với IaC (Terraform, Helm, Ansible), CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub/Git)/ Experience with IaC (Terraform, Helm, Ansible), CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub/Git)
• Thành thạo các công cụ DevSecOps, hệ thống giám sát & logging systems/ Skilled in DevSecOps tools, monitoring & logging systems
• Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề mạnh mẽ, tư duy tự động hóa, giao tiếp hiệu quả (tiếng Việt/tiếng Anh)/ Strong problem-solving, automation mindset, effective communication (Vietnamese/English)
• Ưu tiên: Có chứng chỉ quốc tế (AWS, CKA, DevOps, Security, v.v.)/ Preferred: International certifications (AWS, CKA, DevOps, Security, etc.)
