Job requirement

  • Supervise activity of Customer Service checklist team (checking client specification and testing manual; advice on how to give out feedback to client; training on new client requirement and new process and other activities assigned by Supervisor
  • Handle jobs from first end to last-end to meet turn-around-time: receiving client enquiry; check capability and capacity; communicate with client for sample requirement, testing manual, quality specification, communicate with client for testing service contract, follow up jobs, sending report to client, consult client after issuing report
  • Monitor and track the progress of the jobs by following up with technician for samples and test result
  • Interface with customers job status, and handle requires
  • Maintain and upkeep laboratory records and documentations
  • Handle subcontract jobs and work with over-sea courier service (price, lead time, etc.)
  • Monitor jobs concerning to finance activity
  • Assist Lab Management system-admin in training and running systems
  • Be responsibility for activities in the Customer Service Section as authorized or assigned by Supervisor
  • Other duties relevant to this level assigned by Supervisor

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or its equivalent
  • Experience in T.I.C service at least 4 years related in Apparel, Textile, Footwear industry
  • Knowledge of testing and ISO17025 is an added advantage
  • English communication with B level or equivalent,
  • Result and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills
  • A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines
