SENIOR CREATIVE SPECIALIST (F&B)

Welcome on board, sailors! Naked Sushi is searching for a Senior Creative Specialist with an unorthodox mindset, supportive teammate, always striving to try their best on everything they do, respecting the deadline. A “Naked Mind” to fill the missing puzzle piece in our Marketing Team.

• 60% Graphic Design 2D & Motion & POSM:

Develop and suggest Kaizen direction for Naked Sushi’s brand guidelines

Brainstorm with BOD, MKT Lead, Digital and Customer Service to develop and suggest creative idea for MKT/CS campaign

Create compelling marketing visuals across digital & offline touch points:

Digital: Concept idea, key visual for marketing campaign, graphic motion, social post, banners, etc

Offline: POSM: Menu, tent card, packaging, in-store marketing material that convey MKT campaign’s message to attract customer’s re-intention go to the restaurant and nurture brand’s love

Other requirement from BOD and MKT Lead

• 30% Art Direction:

Concept idea, Mood & Tone for shooting & filming campaign

Edit short video with custom typography hierarchy for MKT campaign

Directly shoot & film (basic) for Facebook Story & IG Reels

Support MKT Lead follow & manage shooting & filming campaign

• 10% Offline Marketing & In-Store Experience

Concept idea for restaurant decoration (based on MKT campaign & key message) that meet the budget and goal

Concept idea for seasonal promotions, pop-up & tasting experiences to drive customer’s traffic

Support MKT Lead follow & execute In-Store MKT Experience activities
