About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Content Performance Specialist to plan, create, and optimize content across digital channels, driving high-performing marketing campaigns and supporting business growth. This role works closely with Media, Design, Sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and brand-consistent content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly performance-driven content aligned with business goals.
• Write and optimize ad content for Meta, Google, TikTok, Zalo, and more.
• Create content for social media, landing pages, email, SMS, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with Media & Design for production, A/B testing, and performance optimization (CTR, CPL, CVR, ROAS).
• Manage content for new product launches and seasonal campaigns (e.g. Summer, Back to School, Lunar New Year).
• Track, analyze, and report content performance; propose improvements.
• Support Sales with promotional content, consultation slides, and materials.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in Content Marketing (digital/education preferred).
• Strong copywriting skills across paid media, social, and owned channels.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and ad platforms.
• Strong planning, execution, and project management skills.
• Creative, proactive, analytical, and results-driven.

Working Time

• Shift 1: Mon–Fri, 8:40 AM – 6:30 PM
• Shift 2: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM & Sat morning, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
