* JOB DESCRIPTION

• Sourcing activities for consumable items to ensure uninterrupted operations within the business continuity plan.
• Negotiate daily requirements, quoted prices, and purchasing conditions to secure competitive and reliable terms.
• Conduct cost analyses and provide sourcing recommendations following supplier negotiations.
• Review Purchase Requisitions and issue accurate and timely Purchase Orders.
• Negotiate new contracts, including terms and conditions, to strengthen supplier partnerships.
• Maintain, update, and expand existing contracts by adding regularly purchased items.
• Ensure full compliance with the company’s Purchasing Process in all procurement activities.
• Collaborate with departments to clarify requirements and verify specifications.
• Assist departments in identifying and evaluating potential new suppliers.
• Develop and onboard new suppliers to enhance the company’s supply base and mitigate risk.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure purchasing processes are consistently followed in daily operations and contract management.
• Develop effective strategies for consolidating demands and optimizing contract negotiations to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor or above Business/Economic/Technical degree
• At least 5 years of experience purchasing position 
• Preferrable experience in technical sourcing (Mold/Jig/ Spare part/ Quality Equipment)
• Good at Excel and price/term negotiation.
• Knowledge about ERP (TipTOP)
• Knowledge of Standard Windows Applications
• Good speaking and written skills in English
