Experience:
- Doing research on clients and candidates
- Scouting candidates, screening CVs, Phone - interviewing, supporting Candidates from Face to Face - interview to start working
- Making resumes, encoding information of candidates on the system, endorsing candidates to our clients via recruitment advisors, setting interviews for candidates with clients, following up candidates.
- Make Daily Sale reports and Weekly reports.
- Other tasks assigned from Line Manager.
- Good command of English
- Minimum 5 years of working experience, including at least 3 years as a headhunter/ Recruitment consultant recruiting across various levels and industries in the Vietnam market.
- Work priority should be high, work under pressure.
- Soft skill: Good communication, listening and interpersonal, strong decision making.
- With the ability to motivate and build a rapport with people.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (interviewing, reference check, etc.).
- Mature, patient, and a strong team player.
- Growth-oriented mindset with the ambition to grow into a managerial role in the near future.
