KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Data Management & Department Head Reporting
- Design standard weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for revenue streams such as: commissions, management fees, unused revenue, total transaction value, gross profit, customer pipeline, usage rate, co-branded card programs, etc.
- Review and reconcile data across systems: CRM, invoicing, finance, and product usage.
- Standardize KPI definitions company-wide: qualified leads, deal closing rate, transaction completion time, breakage rate, offer usage rate, etc.
- Set up and automate visual reporting systems for the CEO and relevant departments.
- Establish early warning systems for abnormal growth indicator trends.
2. Program Effectiveness Evaluation
- Build ROI measurement frameworks for programs such as: point redemption, e-gift vouchers, co-branded card promotions, and retailer co-sponsored campaigns.
- Analyze pre- and post-launch program effectiveness: including revenue uplift, offer usage rate, customer acquisition cost/lifetime value (CAC/LTV), and net new user growth.
- Identify success or inefficiency drivers: by industry, channel, messaging, user behavior, and technical readiness.
- Recommend A/B testing plans, budget optimization, offer assortment, and deployment models.
3. Sales Performance Measurement
- Develop individual performance dashboards for the sales team, covering: number of meetings, proposals sent, CRM adherence, deal closing rate, revenue, and total transaction value.
- Analyze performance by customer segment: industry, region, contract value, onboarding time.
- Propose incentive policies based on actual profit contribution and debt collection capability.
- Participate in standardizing sales process stages and evaluation criteria for each stage.
4. Industry Reports Publishing
- Compile in-depth industry reports (Banking, Insurance, FMCG, etc.): including behavioral data, case studies, and benchmark metrics.
- Standardize documentation structure: executive summary, key findings, and visual data appendix.
- Collaborate to publish bilingual (Vietnamese – English) versions for sales teams, strategic partners, and B2B communications.
5. Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
