Responsibilities:
KPIs management & reporting
Overseeing new marketing initiatives
Strictly follow internal processes: Blueseed CRM, Sales Pipeline, Weekly & Monthly Meeting.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Report directly to Business Development Manager
Requirements
At least 2+ years of working experience in Marketing/Advertising is required;
Over 2+ years of working experience in agencies as Senior Business development/Senior Sales
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal skills and well organized with good sense of responsibility
Solid understanding of digital advertising practices including major platforms like Facebook, Google, Youtube, Zalo.
Good strategic thinking and analytical and listening skills.
Clear mindset, result oriented with passion for work
Experience in fast-paced work environment is a plus
Knowledge of performance & e-commerce planning is a plus
