Job requirement

  • Identifying and establishing contact with new potential customers proactively.
  • Reaching new and existing customers to promote the products and company through market research, making cold calls, and daily presentations to architects, contractors and owners.
  • Delivering presentation of the company products at conferences, customer sites and exhibitions.
  • Providing updated and adequate project to project sale staff.
  • Ensuring all Project information is updated in CRM and all agreed sources of information have been researched (include internal sources from divisions). Ensuring that all Project information that the executive enter to CRM has been validated and confirmed.
  • Producing Sale Management report including key below statistics:

+ New projects identified (current year, next year)

+ Number of presentations track by project and influencer.

+ Opportunity generated as the result of presentation

+ Project qualification

+ Develop efficient network within key partner sectors (architecture firms, main contractors)

  • Proving ability to present AIM Company and products to various stake holders in order to secure various sources of information.

Job requirement

*** Requirements: 

  • Minimum one-year related experience in construction, interior, hotel or restaurant field open for fresh level with high potential
  • Good presentation and communication both in English and Vietnamese 
  • Proactive attitude, business mindset, passion for sales
  • Self-directed, good problem-solving and team-working

*** What we offer:
