A new opportunity has been created for Revenue Management in Heineken Vietnam
This position directly works with Revenue Manager to drive revenue management in Vietnam OpCo
This role partners with the Revenue Management APAC in the design & implementation of RM (Revenue Management) methodology and tools, capability across Sales and Marketing team to identify Revenue opportunities across the following but not limited to:
Brand Portfolio Pricing (including pricing strategy and execution etc.)
Discount and Trade terms (trade terms negotiation etc.)
Responsible for RM opportunity identification & implementation
Maximize the category growth opportunities achieved through trade promotional and trading terms investments. Partner with Sales Teams to better understand the impacts and opportunities of trade promotions to drive growth with their customers through clear and informative reporting and analysis of promotional events. This includes guiding and supporting KAMs/KA Analysts to perform pre and post event ROI analyses, ensuring >80% of account level trade investments are properly assessed.
Improve Trade ROI Capabilities and trade promotional investment productivity across the organization. Partner closely with sales & Marketing to analyze customer and national trade promotional events and use insights to drive greater accuracy and robustness of promotional forecasting and a deeper understanding of key metrics/concepts
Analyze and make recommendations of portfolio mix management to maximize revenue and profit. This includes working with Commercial team on long term innovation pack/price architecture with a total profit pool lens
Conduct business analyses & generate insight for, a) identification of NR (Net Revenue) opportunities within channels x regions to be executed within the year; b) implementation tracking for ongoing project reviews
Develop appropriate RM dashboards and tracking methodologies for top management, country leadership & commercial teams

The brewery covering an area of 12.7 hectares in Thoi An Ward, District 12, HCMC is one of the most modern breweries in Southeast Asia.
