The team is responsible for helping Grab’s driver-partners in Singapore earn more through passive income, on top of the fares they collect through Grab rides. Since the inception of GrabCar advertisements in March 2017, driver-partners who participated in the programme have earned more than S$300,000.
Our existing advertising opportunities include on-car wraps, in-car hangers and/or digital display advertisements. In addition, we constantly explore new and innovative monetisation models to create new income streams for our driver-partners.
Get to know the Role:
You are responsible for increasing advertising-related earning opportunities and scaling up driver-partner participation. This will involve liaising with clients, collaborative partners and internal teams.
The day-to-day activities:
Execute campaigns from end-to-end by liaising with advertisers, production partners and internal teams
Coordinate smooth driver-partner operations including sign-ups, scheduling for start/end of campaigns, participation payouts, resolving issues and addressing enquiries
Assist in execution of any special projects as required
Develop and build relationships with internal teams and external partners
Closely monitor and measure performance against targets
The must haves:
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
5+ years experience
Experience in advertising sales/operations, channel sales, marketing (brand manager or field marketing roles), and/or industry experience in ride-hailing or FMCG is a strong advantage
A track record of high performance, accustomed to working against measurable targets and OKRs
A strong team player and excellent communicator
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
