Job requirement

  • Analytical laboratory in the development of identified technology solutions to ensure they comply with customer and market needs; may guide section of a laboratory.
  • Lab testing at lab to find out ink formulations for Gravure and Flexo.
  • Conduct continuous local market and competitor observation from the technology perspective and provide input to the development of competitive applications, services and solutions to respond to market and customer needs.
  • Support resolution of technology related customer claims to provide optimized solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Manage projects to provide defined technology solutions, applications and services according to agreed timelines, budgets and standards - monitored by OFC team.
  • Compliance Standard from End users
  • Follow up customer complain and troubleshooting on demand. Building relationship with all customers
  • Participate in various inter-company projects including SLOB reduction programs and cost saving projects.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing operation and QC team on the control and supervisions of new products, process testing, provide technical advice for manufacturing improvements
  • R&D to find out replacement raw material to improve quality
  • Keep follow up and review supplying items to meet production on time target
  • Coordinate with other teams regarding to improvement process
  • Regular update technical information to ensure that information is clearly transmitted to team
  • Interface with supplier and customer quality representatives concerning problems with quality control and assure that effective corrective action is implemented
  • Support overall regional/BU sales strategy and objectives.

Job requirement

  • Background: Related University degree (e.g. Printing, Chemistry or science)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience and at least 2 years’ experience with same position
  • Good knowledge in chemistry, Laboratory testing skills
  • Experience in solvent based flexible packaging ink and printing technologies is advantage
  • Work with high pressure ,SAP - System is advantage
  • Good communicator, team player, dynamic, goal oriented, highly flexible and hardworking
  • The ability to work at high pressure and willingness to learn
