Get to know the role:
- Play a primary role to identify new business or product strategies to drive growth, and validate these strategies through rapid experimentation
- Develop detailed go-to-market strategies to launch new experimental products/businesses
- Lead the regional growth team to operationalize cross-functional experimentation efforts
- Distill market feedback to market intelligence that informs roadmap for experimentation
- Conduct competitive analysis for new businesses or products
- Drive analysis of experiments conducted
The day-to-day activities:
- Drive projects under tight timelines, while influencing cross-departmental stakeholders
- Solve problems creatively and execute impeccably
- Be an expert in the context of markets that Grab operates in
The must haves:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree (preferably MBA) in Economics, or a technical subject with 7-10 years of experience
- You are a compelling storyteller with experience communicating concepts and ideas to technical and non-technical folks alike
- You are analytical, and have instincts to drive focus on the needle movers.
- You have launched a company, an interest group or a volunteering group from scratch.
- You embrace ambiguity, constant change and uncertainty
- You are a team player
Good to have:
- You have working experience in a fast-paced business environment, preferably a start-up or another tech company.
- You are fluent in SQL, or any other technical language
