Job requirement

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Vietnam & international) and company policies.

  • Review and reconcile accounting entries for month/year-end closing.

  • Manage fixed assets, expenses, inter-company transactions, and debt collection.

  • Prepare accurate financial reports and tax declarations (VAT, PIT, CIT, WHT).

  • To control & manage all the expense of DCs and ensure all recharge costs are invoiced in time, then debt is collected within agreed terms.

  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and internal departments.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; professional qualification is a plus.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance, with supervisory experience.

  • Strong computer skills, especially Excel; SAP knowledge preferred.

  • Basic English communication.

  • Careful, flexible, able to work under pressure.
