Our client is a manufacturing company based in Japan and has been developing its business activities in Vietnam for more than 1 year.
Job purpose: Record, verify, and consolidate transactions to ensure the integrity of accounting information. Key responsibilities: • Input and check all accounting transactions in general ledger. • Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements. • Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances. • Assist with VAT refund and other taxations. • Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements. • Explain and provide docs to Government agencies. • Keep financial information secured by making database backups. • Other ad hoc tasks assigned by Chief Accountant/Finance Manager.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting • Experience in accounting in Manufacturing is preferred • Good command of English • Good at office software skills, especially accounting software. • Detail-oriented, reliable, honest, dependable and hard working • Strong communication skills, able to enforce company policies and procedures to all organizational levels. • Strong multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
