Accounts Payable Follow-up:
- Responsible for processing trade and non-trade accounts payable transactions with strict adherence to proper documentation, authorization, accuracy of details, compliance checks, due date validation, and accounting reconciliation—ensuring no adverse impact on the company’s interests.
- Organize an accounts payable document and data filing system that is easily accessible and structured to allow colleagues to seamlessly take over in case of leave
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of AP and journal entries under VAS standards, supporting reliable accounting reports
Accounts Receivable Follow-up:
- Responsible for managing sales VAT e-invoice matters, including but not limited to issuance, registration, and related compliance activities.
- Maintain alignment of revenue, accounts receivable, and collection records across multiple systems and reports to prevent discrepancies.
- Organize an accounts receivable document and data filing system that is easily accessible and structured to allow colleagues to seamlessly take over in case of leave.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of AR and journal entries under VAS standards, supporting reliable accounting reports.
Tax compliance:
- Ensure accurate preparation of WHT, business license, and VAT reports, in full compliance with statutory deadlines
Other duties, including but not limited to:
- Conduct research and stay updated on new tax circulars, laws, and regulations to ensure the company’s accounting system aligns with legal requirements.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager
• Graduated from College/University with a major in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Solid understanding of accounting processes, tax regulations, and invoicing.
• Experience using accounting software and MS Excel.
• Careful, honest, and highly responsible.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
