Security Architect, Digibank

Get to know the Role 

Working with various other teams in Grab, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing and implementing security systems within Grab’s infrastructure. You will be part of the technical decision making and leading the design of the end-to-end security architecture for our Digital Bank initiatives. 

Day-to-Day Activities 

In this role, you will create conceptual and logical architecture views to align with our business needs. These views will take into account the use of cutting edge technology to deliver leading-edge solutions required to defend against some of the most advanced threats and threat actors. You will also be responsible for the strategic evolution of the security architecture to ensure that it remains in alignment with changing business needs and regulatory requirements.

Core Experience Requirements

You will have ;

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Banking, Information Security Technology;

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Security Architecture and Design with experience delivering technology centric customer-focused services and solutions;

• Track-record delivering architectural security solutions for large-scale and complex infrastructure or integration programs;

• Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility in accomplishing the organization’s goals;

• Able to get things done in a fast-paced environment;

• Transparent and open around what doesn’t work and what does;

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and effectively prioritize;

• Experience with defining and implementing operating models and driving organizational change;

• Excellent communication skills. Verbal, written and presentation. Technical reporting writing across various types of target audiences; and

• Ability to quickly assess the impact of new requirements and ensure adequate and effective change management.

Technical Requirements

You will have ;

• Strong technical skills and excellent understanding of Cloud Security technologies on AWS and Azure;

• Strong experience working with Enterprise Integration Patterns and frameworks such as Service Oriented Architecture, Microservices Architecture, JavaScript frameworks, MVC patterns, principles of REST APIs, Spring, Maven, and Jenkins;

• Understand cybersecurity offensive and defensive strategies and be able to apply them at technical knowledge at the architectural level;

• Extensive experience with PCI DSS, P2PE, PSD2, and Open Banking technologies;

• Conversant with ASEAN data protection and privacy requirements including the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation and their implications for information security; and

• Strong technical skills and an excellent understanding of a broad range of Security Technologies.

Education

• Academic excellence backed by sound and broad information security knowledge and relevant qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, IISP/CCP, TOGAF, SABSA).
