Secretary( For Head of Business Development)(temporary)

Job requirement

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Administrative work, assist in GD, co-ordination work and special tasks.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To receive and follow up payments to vendor
  • To fill & keep track of all documentation for Head and BD team
  • To liaise with Finance/ HR/ Marketing departments for the administrative functions.
  • To process business trip/medical/business related claims, travelling authorisation for Head of BD
  • To order and maintain stationary and equipment supplies.
  • To book and arrange of transportation, accommodation and air tickets for Head of BD
  • To provide support in procedures such as: expense claims, applying for leave…
  • To overall office administrative duties.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Head of BD. Eg: translating, typing letter…

Job requirement

  • University degree with minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in using MS Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in spoken & written English
