Job requirement

I. TRÁCH NHIỆM /RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Closed work with SEA customers and head of market to get orders, deploy, complete them.

• Communicate with customer, internal department to deal with customer’s claim, complain.

• Support Head of market communicate with other departments in Vietnam more effective.

• Track debt and remind customers to pay in time.

• Managing, measuring, and reporting on the Distributor’s performance against sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Provide an idea and solution to make sure all the markets hit target.

• Report sales to General Manager and submit on system weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Support International Marketing team run new project, check process, back up (if be required).

• Participate or perform plan with relative Dept. (if be required).

• Collect Forecast, Masterplan, customer’s claim from head of market, report to related department.

• Plan to improve SEA department operations better.

• Complete assigned KPI in Month, Quarter and Year

• Complete any arising as requirement from Head of Sale.

II. QUYỀN HẠN/ AUTHORITY:

• Manage, direct and supervise all employees of the SEA Team

• Arrange plans, work schedules, assign work to all employees under their authority.

• Have the right to request the Departments to coordinate to perform the Functions, Duties and Powers according to the Company's regulations.

• Have the right to contribute ideas and propose solutions to solve problems related to the field of product research and development to serve the production activities of the Company.

Job requirement

• Education: University, Bachelor of Economics International Trade, Business Administration or equivalent.

• Experience: at least 5 years working for FMCG or F&B, Beverage….

• Trained courses: Good at computing skills, email, internet, online shopping, business English.

• Skills:  Sales skill, communication and negotiation skills, dynamic and loyalty.

• Ability to work with related departments and synthesize projects.

Other skills:

• Management Communication.

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
