Sea Freight Booking Executive

• Follow the booking matrix and submit the booking to the Carrier; release the SO to the shipper.
• Follow up with Carriers, shippers, and customers for any changes in shipping schedule, and update the status to related parties.
• Update systems and follow KPI as per the Customer’s SOP.
• Implement SOP for new Clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION

At least 3 years of experience working in Booking with shipping lines.
Possess experience in handling shipments to the US and EU
Good communication skills.
Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekends, and break days) to finish task assignments.
