Should be Certified Scrum Master(CSM) and drive team towards getting things done.
• Practiced Agile Project Management as Scrum Master for 5+ years
• Should have good knowledge of technology and have worked as Scrum Master in Technical Projects ( J2EE / .NET Projects)
• Should be able to participate and drive technical meetings with Product Owners and Business Units
• Have handled multiple teams as Scrum Master in onsite - offshore models
• Expert in Team management,Client Management,sprint planning,backlog refinement,T shirt sizing and dependency handling
• Must able to do Release planning and handling meetings with other Scrum Masters (Scrum of Scrum)
• Should have prior experience in ScaleAgiledFramework , Scrum etc.
• Excellent knowledge of Agile Project Management and Waterfall,Iteration Project Management.
• Excellent knowledge of Reporting and should have handled multiple technical teams as Scrum Mater/Project Manager
