Schools Link Officer – Primary

Job requirement

1. Being in charge of:

  • school visits for teachers before academic year starts
  • monthly evaluations of students, teachers and teaching assistants
  • managing and updating student data
  • midterm, final reports and certificates
  • totalizing students’ academic achievements
  • carrying out spot checks
  • all stakeholder surveys
  • handling daily issues from schools, teaching assistants, foreign teachers and parents

2. Being involved in:

  • parents meetings, placement tests and presentations at offsite schools and their arrangement
  • extra courses for weak students or special courses for outstanding students (English Olympics preparation course, etc.)
  • monthly meeting with schools
  • quality management activities for training programs at offsite schools and offering support
  • company events such as English Olympic and others (if any)

3. Providing other support as and when needed

4. Other related duties assigned by supervisor or management board

Job requirement

•     Educational experience

•     Good at listening, relationship building and teamwork skills.

•     Confidence, multitasking and adaptability

•     Target-driven, patience, speed and reliability

•     Excellent organizational and time-management skills

•     Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese

•     Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills

·         Attention to details

•     The ability to work well under pressure and tight deadline

•     Good at Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, Power point and Google Drive)

●        Allowance: 

    - Monthly travel allowance:                       300,000 VND/month

    - Mobile phone allowance:                       200,000 VND/month

●        Incentive: Based on the company policy
